In the midst of the 9/11 hysteria, the publication of this article
in Don Diva magazine in the summer of 2001 turned Seth
into 'BOP Enemy #1' and resulted in his transfer to a higher security
prison. His transfer was based solely on the words appearing in
this article. During that transfer, Seth was put through a nightmare
journey courtesy of the BOP that included diesel therapy, SIS investigations,
trips to the hole, and a stay in a drycell. The BOP tried to break
him, but Seth wouldn't stop writing. The retaliation and harassment
from his keepers only made him stronger mentally and forged his
pen hand in steel.
